Power is the power to say anything.
In a recent interview with New York Magazine, Cloward, whose breakout hit series Power was one of the most talked about shows of 2016, said he’s hoping to make a Power movie.
“I really want to make Power,” he said.
“I want to tell the story of Power and the people who were there and the way it felt to be in it.”
The Power movie has yet to be confirmed, but Cloward told the mag that the script he has been working on with producers has been “very similar to the one I wrote with the producers.”
Cloward’s script has also been a long-time one for him, so I’m guessing he’ll be keeping the same direction he did on Power.
Cloward also talked about his plans for the upcoming season of Power, saying he was hoping to have the season wrapped by Thanksgiving.
The actor, who is starring in the upcoming drama pilot The Haunting, also said that he’s looking forward to working with the cast and crew of Power.
“There are so many amazing people on this show,” he told the magazine.
“The cast is incredible.
I love the actors.
I am so excited to be a part of it.”
Cloward’s next big project is the comedy pilot A.D.R.I.C.E., which is based on a novel by author Kevin A. McKenna.
This summer, Closer star Michael Sheen, who played the role of Dr. Eric on Power, will star in the comedy film The Biggest Little Town.
